The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the positions of Cook 2 at Chick Fil A within Duncan Student Center. The UEE division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

These positions will be trained and willing to work in any CFA sub unit, as assigned. Sub units include: Breading, Frying/Grilling, Assembly, Retail Order Fulfillment, Catering, Cashier and Shift lead. Setup, clean up and closing duties are included on most shifts. These positions are responsible for accurately following the daily production lists per brand training, assigning and participating in preparation, stocking, and rotating food inventories and training of students/new employees. Additional responsibilities include creating prep lists, establishing par levels, managing inventory control and communicating any shortages or product issues to unit managers. Responsible for performing all tasks relating to retail, safety and sanitation of food service facilities. These positions may be assigned to various units within Campus Dining for developmental and/or operational assistance.
